Wow! What an adventure the past few weeks have been here at Seams.
We wanted to write our first blog post to let you know what we've been up to and how we are revamping our social media and store to better serve YOU, our loyal and fabulous clientele, as well as new customers who want top-quality tailoring and alteration services.
First, our team is growing! You probably already know Colleen, the mastermind behind our success, but we have hired more super-skilled people to help us grow and bring better service to you.
Second, we've updated our social media platforms to include our new logo and interact with you. Check us out on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Yelp. Show us some love! We love hearing your feedback, especially about new services you'd like to see from us or if you just want to share some cool articles about fashion and style. We mostly love seeing you wearing your newly-customized apparel - if you're really happy with how a garment turns out, definitely send us photos! We may feature you on the blog, with your permission, of course.
Third, we are expanding to online retail. We are in the process of figuring out every detail, but we will soon have an Etsy shop full of our in-house handmade items, a custom monogramming service, and an online shop of items previously only available at our Lincoln Park shop.
